Once a thriving hub of the Ultraverse initiative, the Iron Expanse now lies in ruin, its twisted metal structures haunted by the echoes of failed Pioneer endeavors. This biome is rich in rare tech resources but fraught with danger at every turn. Expect narrow corridors, collapsing infrastructure, and the constant threat of Voyager ambushes.
The Prism Shores
A stark contrast to the Iron Expanse, the Prism Shores is a dazzling coastline filled with crystalline formations that hum with energy. But don’t let its beauty fool you; these serene landscapes hide volatile traps and a new breed of Voyagers uniquely adapted to the area. For those who dare to venture here, untapped energy nodes and rare artifact caches await.
The Hollow Verge
Venture deep underground into this labyrinthine cave system introduced in Sector 001. With limited visibility, claustrophobic environments, and shifting terrain, the Hollow Verge is not for the faint of heart. Strategic lighting systems and advanced navigational tools will be key to survival, as this zone hides some of the most coveted resources in the expansion.

Cooperative Raid Missions
For the first time, Explorers can team up with other Pioneers to take on large-scale raid missions! These high-stakes events challenge you to breach heavily-fortified Voyager strongholds and recover valuable resources. Each mission offers massive rewards but demands tight collaboration and strategy to succeed.
Dynamic Events and Challenges
Meteor Storms
Sector 001’s volatile atmosphere now experiences meteor storms. These events can randomly alter terrain, destroy defenses, and unearth buried resources. Surviving these storms requires quick thinking and adaptability, but the rewards can include rare artifacts and tech schematics found only in these chaotic moments.
Legacy Trials
This new feature turns the Legacy system into a competitive challenge. Select zones in Sector 001 will now offer “Legacy Trials,” special timed challenges that reward players for creativity and strategy in base-building and exploration. Compete for leaderboard dominance and unlock exclusive rewards.
Expanded Lore and Storytelling
Uncover the hidden history of the Ultraverse in the Sector 001 Expansion. Lore-rich artifacts, NPC diaries, and encoded transmissions from the Harbinger reveal what went wrong with the first Pioneer efforts in regions like the Iron Expanse. These breadcrumbs pave the way for deeper storytelling and hints about the next big chapter of Squad Legacy.
Quality-of-Life Upgrades
